Atlanta Fire Chief Kelvin Cochran Fired

Atlanta's mayor has terminated Fire Chief Kelvin Cochran just for being Christian and speaking out against homosexuality.

Below is a news report by Fox News ["They" would not let the embedded video work. Christianity is censored in the USA. At least one inmate was murdered by prison guards for expressing a belief in Jesus. His name was Daniel Linsinbigler, a 19-year-old Caucasian youth in Clay County Jail in Florida]:

I hope you agree with me that it is completely unacceptable for Mayor Reed to censor Christianity.

And it is even worse that he is putting his liberal ideology before the lives of Atlanta residents.

The mayor cannot make safety decisions -- such as who is qualified to fight fires -- based on radical, personal beliefs.

Christians and pro-family advocates across the country are rallying to Chief Cochran's side.

Public Advocate of the United States is focusing our efforts on alerting Atlanta area residents to this outrageous violation of Free Speech.

I need you to contact Mayor Reed's office right now and insist he reinstate Chief Kelvin Cochran and issue a full apology for censoring Christian, pro-Family speech.

The controversy arose when Cochran published a book. Cochran, who served seven years as the chief of the Atlanta Fire Department, lost his job over a book he wrote about biblical morality titled, “Who Told You That You Were Naked?” A small portion of the book contained what critics called homophobic language.

Mayor Reed revealed that he was harassed by phone calls to his home and that some people called him the antichrist after firing Atlanta's fire chief. I don't believe Mayor Reed is the antichrist, but I was aware of the spirit of antichrist in him when he refused to correct his police officers who threatened me with Tasering and arrest if I continued to tell people in Atlanta about the lynching of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal. Larry died under secret incarceration (kidnapped) in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. Apparently, Atlanta is a co-conspirator to keeping this news from the mainstream.

In 2010, I went to downtown Atlanta and warned the public that The (Johnny) Cochran Firm was representing the family of Kathryn Johnston, the 92-year-old woman on whose residence Atlanta police officers had done a home invasion and killed her in November 2006. The Cochran Firm defrauds its non-white clients throughout America to save government entities and certain large corporations from its clients' lawsuits. Police who killed Johnston had been tried and sentenced, and yet the family had not received any wrongful death payment in June 2010 when I went to The Cochran Firm building to protest corruption.

Two Atlanta police officers were sent to threaten me for using my First Amendment rights to expose my own brother's lynching and The Cochran Firm fraud against Johnston's family. In August 2010 when the family still had not been paid, I notified officials that I would report The Cochran Firm's fraud of Kathryn Johnston's survivors to the students at the AU center as soon as school convened for its fall session. The City then arranged a settlement for the Johnston lawsuit in a hurry just one day before college registration. It was a lawsuit The Cochran Firm had never filed properly. Furthermore, the treacherous lawyers settled for less than a third of the demand without taking the matter before a jury. Secondly, Mayor Reed was tolerant of Occupy Atlanta camping in Troy Davis Park (Woodruff Park) as long as the protesters were overwhelmingly white. When Occupy Atlanta had a hip hop concert and drew African Americans and Native Americans arrived the next day, Atlanta's tolerance ended immediately. The Occupy protesters had been told they could stay until the end of the month, but Reed sent police to remove their encampment immediately once Blacks and Native Americans arrived. I consider Mayor Reed to be a plantation overseer. The racism was obvious, yet Reed called Kelvin Cochran prejudice.

Thirdly, Mayor Reed is an adversary to the Atlanta Task Force, Atlanta's largest homeless center. It sits on coveted real estate in Midtown, and certain wealthy companies want to evict the homeless and take the land for themselves. Mayor Reed refused to accept a $100,000 check from the Atlanta Task Force for a past due water bill. Without water, The Atlanta Task Force must close. That would not only give the opportunity to take the homeless shelter's land, but closing the Task Force would also render its 900+ occupants eligible to become prison commodities if arrested for vagrancy or panhandling (these charges probably led to my own brother's secret arrest in Memphis). BLACK HISTORY MONTH 2015 - "Human Rights Demand" began a discussion on Wednesday, January 28, which continues throughout February: "Secret War on Black America and Victims' Families." Family members of victims often experience retaliation in the form of financial persecution, police harassment, arrests, or even murder, especially if they expose and oppose wrongful convictions or wrongful deaths. In the bad old days, crosses would burn in Black survivors' yards to warn them against seeking justice after lynchings. Retribution sometimes happens to non-relatives and unrelated supporters, i.e., attorneys and civil/human rights advocates. Eighteen(18) examples might include:

~Kendrick Johnson, Jr. was killed and organs stolen in Lowndes Co., GA - His parents are currently being prosecuted for complaining.

~Larry Neal, 54, secret murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail - Mary Neal endures censorship, terrorism, and stalking.

~Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated - mother assassinated, brother died under suspicious circumstances.

~Malcolm X was assassinated - First male descendant, Malcolm Shabazz, complained about government stalkers; killed in 2013 in Mexico.

~Johnnie Cochran, Jr. represented wrongful death victims' survivors - Cochran's brother and 16-yr-old nephew were killed by unknown assassins in two incidents.

~Jason Smith, 14, died in LA, and his organs were stolen - Father claimed being run out of Eros by the KKK.

~Gregory Johnson, Jr. killed by blunt force trauma at SJSU (falsely ruled suicide by hanging) - His mother claims being censored.

~ji-Jaga Pratt was wrongfully arrested 27 yrs on a CoIntelPro setup - His godson, Tupac, was killed by an unknown assassin.

~John Crawford, III shot by Ohio police in Walmart - His girlfriend, Tasha Thomas, was interrogated by police and died in a suspicious car accident 1/1/15.

~Tamir Rice, 12, shot dead by Officer Tim Loehmann in OH - His sister was arrested at the scene.

RETRIBUTION AGAINST NON-RELATIVES

~Eric Garner's NYPD choke hold death - Ramsey Orta filmed it and is being prosecuted.

~Darren Rainey killed by scalding in a FL prison - Psychotherapist George Mallinckrodt was fired for complaining about his patients' abuse.

~Micheal Brown killed by former officer Darren Wilson - Protesters were tear-gassed, plummeted with rubber bullets, and intimidated by militarized police.

~Alton Maddox, Esq. represented victims of oppression - His NY law license was suspended.

~Lynn Stewart, Esq. represented members of the Black Panther Party and others against the government - Her NY license was suspended, and she was jailed on a 10-year sentence until winning a compassionate release due to illness.

~Rev. Edward Pinkney protested victimization of Blacks in Benton Harbor, MI - Prosecuted and sentenced on voting fraud charges related to a recall petition.

~Social Studies teachers at Howard U Middle School - Fired for teaching Black History. Some objected to the common core curriculum.

~Dr. William Scott, Black History Professor and Author - First male descendant imprisoned over five years without trial - Terrell Scott, Pennsylvania.

On February 4, 2015, our special presenters will be Ralph Poynter and Randy Short. Poynter is a retired New York school teacher, a former union organizer and legal investigator. Short is a well-known human rights advocate who regularly addresses matters of human and civil rights concerns on international media. Human Rights Demand issued an invitation to Alton Maddox and Lynn Stewart to join us on a Black History Month program later in February. We hope to present journalists from African American media companies on a later show, also. Bob Darby will speak during one broadcast about the civil rights era from the standpoint of a Caucasian abolitionist, including the Freedom Riders, his work with a civil rights group at Emory University during the 60s, and the reaction of his fellow students in the Northeastern college he attended upon hearing the announcement of Martin Luther King, Jr.'s death.

Why I'm charged with election fraud

"With absolutely no evidence, I was charged with voter fraud and bound over for trial."

The USA proclaims itself the "land of freedom," but the reality is we live under the world's most corrupt legal system. It has rigged courts, bribed judges, phony trials, extortion by lawyers, and over two million prisoners. More prisoners than any other country, in real numbers and proportionately.

You can be sent to prison and even put to death with absolutely no evidence. The truth is hidden by America's corporate owned media, and by Berrien County media. They are afraid to tell the truth about Michigan's Emergency Manager system where rule is without the consent of the governed.

Benton Harbor now has four Emergency Managers. They are called a Transitional Team. Appointed by the governor, they are direct representatives of the corporate giant, Whirlpool, that runs Benton Harbor. This team can overrule decisions made by the democratically elected city council. They can sell off public assets to private interests. The team includes two former Whirlpool employees, one county treasurer, and a member of the State Treasury Department. This is what fascism in Michigan looks like-the merger of government with private corporations.

Within this dictatorial political environment, the Benton Harbor community exercised their democratic right to recall the Whirlpool-allied mayor. With absolutely no evidence, I was charged with voter fraud and bound over for trial.

This attack was intended to stop the community's recall election from going forward. In a hearing to determine if there was evidence to take me to trial, Mark Goff, a forensic document examiner with the Michigan State Police testified that changes to the election petitions were made with different ink, but he could not determine who made the changes, when they were made, or whether the person who signed the petition changed it.

His testimony provided no evidence against me, however Judge Sterling Schrock, Judge Charlie LaSata and Prosecutor Mike Sepic all stated that you do not need evidence to go to trial in Michigan. The government is counting on an all-white jury, that may be motivated by something other than the truth, to convict me.

Soon after, in a momentary victory for the people, Judge John DeWane ruled that the contested mayoral recall election should be placed on the November ballot -- upon the first Amendment's political core Freedom of Speech. The issue boiled down to admitting 21 duplicate signatures that had been invalidated based upon faulty practice by the Berrien County Clerk's Office.

Attorney John LaPietra stated that the Berrien County clerk, armed with $20,000.00 in funding from the County Board, appealed (that ruling) with support from two major law firms and the Attorney Generals office, representing the Secretary of State and the Board of Elections.

The court of Appeals reversed Judge John DeWane's favorable ruling, and it was essentially upheld by the state's Supreme Court. This scenario once again shows the unity
of government and corporations.

Democracy has been stolen from the people. Water rights have been stolen. Poverty is growing. We the people have nothing in common with the billionaire's, their corporations, and their government. We must stand together.

Nobody in the world has ever gotten anything by appealing to the moral sense of the people who were oppressing them. We must stand together and fight back.
