This is a case of 'blame the messenger.' Our two radio channels, "Human Rights Demand" and "NNIA1" only report the numerous lawsuits against The Cochran Firm frauds. We do not cause partners to repeatedly violate the Code of Professional Responsibility and get sued by their former clients, attorneys, partners, and partnering law firms who allege fraud, malpractice, racism, and sexual discrimination against the firm that misuses Johnnie Cochran's name. When it comes to ruining one's own good name like Cochran Firm partners and associates have done, "Nobody else can do this for us" (MLK).

This Blogtalkradio host had significant trouble scheduling our "Johnny Strozier Keeping It Real" broadcast at "Human Rights Demand" channel tonight, Aug., 15, 2015, probably because successful reentry after parole damages prison investors' stock portfolios. I promised G+ followers I'd broadcast at NNIA1 at 11pmEST, but I was not allowed to schedule any show for before 11pmPST (which is 2amEST). Strozier was incarcerated in the Georgia prison system from age 10 until his mid-50's, and we follow his reentry into society. America has a 67.5 percent recidivism rate, which is unacceptable and evidence that a prison system based on harsh punishment rather than rehabilitation and education is ineffective for anything other than generating increasing prison profits for wealthy, unscrupulous prison and jail investors who profit by other people's hardship. 

Both of these radio shows will be rescheduled at Blogtalkradio, where paying for broadcasting time is apparently not enough to ensure that one will be allowed to go on air. We believe prison and jail investors should divest or resign from public offices and be immediately excluded from serving as Justice Department personnel, lawmakers, judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, and crime lab technicians. Furthermore, lawyers who are known to defraud their own clients in order to protect police like The Cochran Firm should not be representing Sam DuBose's family or anyone else in court proceedings. Let us hope that the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, where The Cochran Firm frauds appealed USDC's decision, will not revive the monster. 

Prison investors regard American's requests to end mass incarceration and corruption in government as being "immaterial," because working class people and those on fixed incomes in the USA are considered immaterial by bloodsucking elitists.

On June 15, 2012 my brother Charlie Salinas was gunned down like a dog by officers of the Sanger Police Department and Fresno County Sheriffs Department. He was depressed, drunk, and suicidal. He made a 911 call saying he wanted to die. Sanger Police Department obliged him. They surrounded him, and opened fire shooting at least 30 times, even shooting him as he lay on the ground dying.

            May 21, 2015 will recognize "Twenty-five Years of Resistance."  I was "constructively disbarred" from the practice of law in New York for allowing for competent and zealous representation for the black and Latino communities as is required by the Sixth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, a right which belongs to the people. An attorney only enjoys a privilege.

            I represented both the black and Latino communities.  I was the lead counsel for the "Central Park 7" which involved the persecution of black and Latino youth.  My lawsuit against the NYS Department of Corrections allowed for youthful defendants to study for a college degree.  Gov. George Pataki later ended this program without any genuine opposition from black and Latino legislators.

            Jones v. Koch was initiated to challenge the exclusion of blacks and Latinos from being considered eligible for being a schools chancellor in the New York City Board of Education. It was also probono litigation.  I was the lead counsel.  When the smoke had cleared, Anthony J. Alvarado would become the first, non-white schools chancellor in New York City history.

            An encyclopedia would be necessary to give complete and exhaustive credit for my competently and zealously representing both communities before I was "constructively disbarred" from the practice of law.  I may have become the victim of my "constructive disbarment" but the target was both the black and Latino communities.

            My privilege to practice law became a political question under the guise that I had engaged in illegal behavior.  Since no client had filed a disciplinary complaint against me, I should have been charged only in a criminal court.  Instead, a bogus, attorney disciplinary complaint was initiated by white members of the New York Legislature.  This smacks of a bill of attainder.

            When I was practicing law, I had three inflexible rules.  (1) I never asked a client what happened.  (2) I would never allow a client to testify in his or her own behalf. (3) It was impermissible for a client to enter a plea of guilty.  There were no exceptions. Therefore, I was incompetent to violate the attorney-client privilege by testifying against Al Sharpton or Tawana Brawley.       

            On May 21, 1990, I was arbitrarily, summarily and permanently suspended from the practice of law amid the prosecution of Alfred C. Sharpton in a 67-count indictment in Manhattan Supreme Court.  I was allowed to complete this representation.  In an August 1, 1994 order from the Appellate Division:  Second Judicial Department, I was definitely suspended from the practice of law for only five years.  The clock is still ticking.

            Many of your constituents feel aggrieved.  It is not important that you agree with their grievance.  It is also not important that you be in attendance at the Cotton Club on May 21, 2015.  It is important that you express the views of your constituents to Gov. Andrew Cuomo and other necessary and important judicial and public officials.

Petition: Bates Harris Tulsa Shooting

Eric Harris was killed on April 2 in Tulsa, Oklahoma by a reserve deputy. Robert Bates, 73, a local insurance executive who spends his free time working as a reserve deputy, said he "accidentally" used his gun instead of his Taser. The Guardian published the following narrative of the violence: 

"The video, which came from a police officer’s body camera, was released by police on Friday. It shows Harris running down a suburban street, away from his pursuers. The officer catches up with him and Harris is brought to the ground. A shot is heard and Harris gasps in pain.

A voice, presumably that of Bates, says: 'I shot him. I’m sorry.'

A gun is dropped on the road and then picked up.

Harris cries out, repeatedly, 'He shot me!' and says: 'Oh my God, I’m losing my breath.'

As officers continue to subdue Harris, one officer is heard to say: 'Fuck your breath.'

Medical help was called to the scene, but Harris died in hospital."

PETITION

Please sign the PETITION to terminate the deputy who pressed his knee into the back of shooting victim Eric Harris in Oklahoma after he was fatally shot by Bates, a sheriff's deputy who "paid to play" cop. The petition also calls for the termination of the deputy who said, "F your breath" to the dying man, who complained that he could not breathe. The deputies are michael huckeby and joseph byars (lower case is intentional). The petition will be delivered tomorrow, April 21, 2015. Meet protesters at 1pm at the Tulsa County Courthouse to walk to the sheriff's office. Please sign it today.

Of course, the FBI cleared the Sheriff's Department in Harris's killing. 

Bates, a wealthy insurance executive who has known Sheriff Glanz for 25 years on both a professional and personal level, faces a second-degree manslaughter charge for accidentally killing Harris during a gun-and-drug buy sting. A report by the Tulsa World found that supervisors falsified training records for Bates, a deep-pocketed donor who has supplied the department with cars and electronic equipment during his seven years as a volunteer reserve deputy.

NSA, or whatever agency, has outdone itself protecting officers who ridiculed dying Eric Harris after his "accidental" shooting. The federal government's racists are worst of all, including the black ones.

I find it completely irrational for African Americans and whites of good will to continue to ask for federal investigations of black people's lynchings. I have found the racists in the federal government to be completely unmoved by such pleas, as they are eugenicists who are more likely to give such law officers a bonus and high five or a beer summit. Prosecution of Nazis who participated in Hitler's genocide are still being prosecuted today. NBC News reports the following:

MAINZ, Germany — Dozens of Holocaust survivors and their relatives from around the world are expected to converge on a German courtroom Tuesday, April 22, 2015, as the so-called "accountant of Auschwitz" is due to go on trial.

Former concentration camp bookkeeper and guard Oskar Groening, 93, is accused of being an accessory to the murder of at least 300,000 Jews.

"Many of the survivors, who are co-plaintiffs in the trial, are stepping on German soil for the first time since the end of Nazi regime," Christoph Heubner, the executive vice president of the International Auschwitz Committee, told NBC News from Berlin.
